These Terms of Use apply to your use of superior-floor.sg (the “website”), operated by Superior Floor Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202347540K) (“Superior Floor”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Information on this website

We aim to keep product and service information accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only. Specifications, colours, availability and designs may change without notice. Product images, room renders and showcase photos are for illustration; actual colours, textures and patterns may vary between batches and from what you see on screen. Please view physical samples before deciding.

2. Quotations, prices and orders

Nothing on the website is an offer to sell. Any price or range shown is indicative only. A binding price and scope of works is set only in a written quotation issued by us after a site assessment, and your order is confirmed only when you accept that quotation in writing. The quotation and its terms (including payment, scheduling and site conditions) apply to your project and take priority over this website.

3. Warranty

Warranty coverage, periods and conditions are set out in the warranty terms issued with your installation and on our warranty registration page. Warranties apply only to products supplied and installed by Superior Floor, and only when registered and used as instructed. Nothing in these Terms of Use extends any warranty.

4. Referral programme and Photo Rewards

Rewards, eligibility and conditions for our referral programme and Photo Rewards are described on their pages. We may change, suspend or end these programmes, and may decline rewards where conditions are not met or we reasonably suspect misuse.

5. What you submit to us

When you submit forms, photos, feedback or reviews, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. If you give permission to use your photos or feedback, you allow us to use, edit and display them on our website and social media to promote our services, without payment. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The website’s content, including text, photos, renders, catalogues, logos and design, belongs to Superior Floor or its licensors. You may view and download it for your personal use in considering our products. You may not copy, republish or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by submitting false or misleading information, sending spam through our forms, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or interfering with the website’s operation.

8. Links to other websites

The website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

9. Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website, or from the website being unavailable. This does not limit any rights you have under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Sale of Goods Act, or our obligations under a quotation you have accepted.

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
